I strongly agree with this idea.
If people think it cheapens KOABD then aim for people know me, or the next level.
I think I'd wear the international Skill Hunter one anyway
Also international titles for Protector and Cartographer titles would be cool as well (never ending titles that dont add to KOABD)

Who cares?
Does this mean skill hunter is only available to those who purchase each and every campaign? Think about the children who don't own every campaign!

Kind of a Big Deal is already easy for people who want to get it (3 protector + 2 cartographer) so I don't see the need for 3 more relatively easy titles.
But I'd like to keep skill hunter as it is for a different reason... Elite Skill Hunter (5) looks pretty cool to me. Canthan Skill Hunter (1) will look completely unimpressive, just like Protector of Cantha (1), simply because everyone has it and it's extremely easy to get compared to other titles.
If you add the international skill hunter title, I'm ok with it, since we're not losing the current skill hunter title that way...

Less people would see KoaBD as impressive, which is the whole point of titles in general IMO. Before NF, I considered KoaBD impressive because it required at least one "difficult" (read: lots of work) title in addition to two cartographers and protectors. With NF, it got a lot easier. Splitting skill hunter will give people a lot of "easy" titles to get for KoaBD (2)

Voted for- currently at 210 elites and plan to get them all.
It seems to me the objections to this are more around how it cheapens KoaBD. As long as it mixes different types of titles, KoaBD is a mixed bag anyway. Getting a max explorer title, or high gladiator title has a lot more weight with me than all of the maxed out lucky and unlucky AFK types.

anyway, on the subject of titles I would like to suggest an addition. The Adventurer title track, which would be based on how many side quests a specific character has completed. Make it Campaign specific and go by percentage of quests done rather than actual number since they seem to vary between camapaigns. so we would have ex.
Elonian Adventurer > Heroic Elonian Adventurer > Master Elonian Adventurer > etc...
you get the idea. Gaile... you better read this

Yes.
I would like this title to be implemented.

I vote for. But.....
How are u gonna solve it with the core skills? If u capped it in P, it'll be counted as capped in F and NF too?

I prefer to keep the Skill Hunter title as it is, because most people are playing more than 1 character, and with making the title campaign-limited you would give those who play few characters (with whom they unlock and capture skills of more than 2 professions) an unfair advantage to those who play many characters.
Just my 2 cents . . .

voted for; more titles would make the "bought" and afk titles matter less in the totals on koabd track.

Uh.. that didn't make sense. If it's split to campaigns, then your single character who's got the skill hunter titles now would have multiple maxed out titles... nothing unfair about it.
'course, I'd like to keep the title simply because if I wanna show off, I"d like to show off that I've gotten more than just a single campaign worth of elites on one character.

I second this i'd very much like to see this implemented. Also /signed to the original topic. Splitting the title is a great idea.

So, if I cap a core elite, I will have 1 point for each 3 titles? (3 points in total, 1 for each specific chapter)
And please don't use "international skill hunter" as the final name of the title; that sound plenty stupid.

I'd like to see an account based skill hunter title rather than one that is character based.

Already discussed that...
Currently to date theres only on accountbased PvE titl and it's lucky/unlucky.
Keep it that way.
Making the Skill Hunter title account based makes it rubbish.
What's the difficulty in capping all the elites with 8 different characters?
None whatsoever.

Yes, id agree, but.. there should be a benefit for those who max all three titles.
As someone previously said, lowered prices in Signet and so on. Basically Skill related Benfits. Mabye lowering of Skill trainer costs?

While your at it maybe nerf all sence of continuing progression and achievement from the game? And give me a crystaline sword please.
Thanks.
ps: sarcasm
